The availability of a product depends on the selling. It may change quickly. Ornalys is not responsible if the real availability of a product is not the same that mentioned to the user.
Prices are mentioned in Euro (€). It includes potential discounts and V.A.T, applicable at the date of the order. Any change of the applicable rate could be reflected on the prices.
Ornalys has the right to change its prices constantly, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price mentioned at the time of the order except typography error or omission, and if these products are still available.
If the delivery is out of the European Union, the price net of tax will be specified to the user in his order space if he informs the destination of the delivery, and during the validation of the order.
Important: Delivery costs are not included.
Ornalys takes the greatest care during the conditioning of the orders. The dispatched parcels are always impeccable and must be delivered to the recipient in this state. If the recipient notes with the reception of the order that the parcel was opened, damaged or deteriorated at the time of its routing, the recipient must refuse it and notify it to the carrier by letter with an acknowledgement of receipt in the three working days after the delivery of the parcel; a copy must be addressed to Ornalys.
If the received product is damaged or not identical to the order, the recipient will have to mention the issue as soon as possible to the customer service of Ornalys with the reference of the order and the product.
The recipient has a page customer service to contact Ornalys, which is accessible directly from his member space if he has an account or contact page if the recipient does not have an account.
Ornalys will do the best to satisfy the customer and will proceed, according the choice of the customer, to the exchange or the refund of the product, on condition that the choice of the customer does not involve an obviously disproportionate cost in comparison with the value of the good or importance of the defect.
